Make some fun and funky DIY Valentine’s Day Decor and start to feel that Love is in the Air with these Mixed Media Hearts for February 14th. This unique and fun Valentine Craft idea may take a little longer to create, but once you’re done it is truly a work of Heart- I mean art!
It’s 2022 and quite literally cannot believe it. It seems the older we get, the faster the time goes! The best thing about the beginning of the new year, besides the fresh start, is the colorful and fun Valentine’s Day craft ideas.
I do not consider myself any type of artist in any way. I think that crafters and artists are two entirely different things, so the first Valentine’s project that we did in my VIP Crafting Group, The CRafterparty, made me feel more like an artist than a crafter for once!

If you’ve been around for any length of time than you know that I like to share lots of fun, funky, colorful, and what I call “Crafty Rebel” crafts here at MPP. For this project I decided to go with a Red/Leopard print theme on a black and white stenciled background.
For the first heart I broke the pattern up into thirds with one music sheet, one red and white hearts, and one leopard.
For the second heart, I went with all red glitter paper.
For the third heart, again I broke it up into thirds with red glitter, red and white zig zag, and like a silver snakeskin chunky glitter (is that a thing?).
For the fourth and final heart, all music sheet to keep it simple.
As always…be inspire to make it your own and if you need a little help, come join us in The CRafterparty!
