No Santa is complete without his sidekick, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer! This Wood Block Santa and Reindeer come side by side to make the most adorable DIY Christmas crafts to spruce up your decor this Holiday season!
We make a ton of easy and affordable DIY Holiday projects in my private crafting group, The CRafterparty, and this Wood Block Santa Reindeer is no exception.
These cuties are easy to make, and they make great items for craft fairs or even to sell on Etsy. Of course if you are like me, you can totally make them just for fun too! Don’t they look just fabulous on top of my Christmas tiered tray!?
I only made a Wood Block Santa and Reindeer, but you could keep it going and whip up an elf, a snowman, a penguin, a grinch, and just about anything else Christmas-y, like these Wood Block presents too!

You could make just one of these cuties, or you could make both. I think they look just adorbs together! The pack of wood blocks that I got from Amazon had 4 blocks, so you’ll have two leftover to make some Wood Block Presents like I did, if you want to of course.
I gave the Santa a whimsy, cutesy face. In The Crafterparty, I show you exactly how I painted these faces! I added some glittery faux snow for his beard to give it that extra somethin’ somethin’.
He wouldn’t be Santa without rosy red cheeks!
And a jingle bell on his hat for good measure.
Since Santa was whimsy, Rudolph had to be whimsy along with him as well!
I show you exactly how I drew this Rudolphs face in The CRafterparty, step by step.
Rosy red cheeks and of course he wouldn’t be Rudolph the red nosed reindeer, without a red nose!
We used good ‘ole sticks from the yard for his antlers and an oversized raffia bow.
Finish him off with a buffalo check collar and a jingle bell as well.
As always…be inspired to make it your own and if you need a little help, come join us in The CRafterparty!
