One of my very favorite things to do is to take an ordinary item from good ‘ole Dollar Tree, and turn it into a fun and colorful DIY craft project! This “Hoppy Easter” Cutting Board is a perfect example of just that. So head on over to Dollar Tree, grab you some supplies, and I’ll show you how I made this adorbs Easter DIY Cutting Board complete with a messy, scrappy, and spunky fabric bow!
The “Hoppy Easter” little gift bag that I used to create this Dollar Tree Cutting Board craft came from Walmart for a whopping .98 cents, and it came with 1 or 2 other bags. In fact, the fabric I used to make the bow came from Walmart too. If you aren’t able to find these bags, you could use any one that will fit on the cutting board, or you could even use scrapbook paper if that’s what you have on hand!
One of my favorite parts of this adorable Easter Cutting Board DIY is the crazily spunky fabric bow! I like big bows and I cannot lie! If you aren’t into the messy scrappy Punky Brewster look that I am, by all means make your bow a wee bit smaller.
