4lbsSplit Chicken Breast HalvesHalf breasts with ribs bone
1lbBaby carrotsChopped
1/2wholeYellow OnionChopped

8CubesChicken Bouillon CubesTo Taste

Instructions
Add Chicken, Celery, Onion, Bouillon Cubes, Pepper, and Basil to large soup pot. Fill with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until Chicken is fully cooked. About 30 minutes.
Remove Chicken and separate off the bone. Return shredded chicken to pot and add carrots. Simmer an additional 10-15 minutes.
Serve over cooked white rice and Enjoy!
Notes
**Some Tips. You can easily cut this recipe in half, or double it accommodate your needs. Buy the baby carrots that are pre-peeled to save time on peeling! I swear by the Herb ox brand Bouillon cubes, although you can use whichever brand you prefer. You may need to taste the broth as it's near done and add more cubes and/or pepper to taste. ENJOY!
